Custom Artwork

All custom artwork sales are final. This includes (but is not limited to) individual or couples portraits, pinups, photo-to-art conversions, and any other commissioned or personalized art services.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, refunds are not available once your order has been placed.

I take great care to capture your likeness and intent in every artwork. While I do not offer free revisions or redraws, minor adjustments — such as correcting hair color, skin tone, or other reasonable details — may be accommodated at my discretion. Representation and accuracy matter deeply to me, and I will always aim to ensure your piece reflects you authentically.

Apparel & Accessories

For ready-made apparel and accessories (items not featuring custom artwork), returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review and resolve the issue.

Custom Art Apparel & Accessories

For products that feature your custom artwork (such as personalized shirts, hoodies, journals, etc.), there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds after you have approved the mock-up or once production has begun.
Each custom item is created uniquely for you, and I cannot reuse or resell it once it’s made.
