Shipping policy
Production & Fulfillment
All physical products are produced and shipped through print-on-demand partners (Printify and affiliates). This means your order is printed and fulfilled by the production facility closest to your shipping destination to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Processing times vary depending on the product but typically range from 2–7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Custom Artwork & Digital Orders
Custom art commissions and digital art services are delivered digitally via email unless otherwise stated. No physical items will be shipped for digital orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product and customer location. Printify’s rates may vary depending on the chosen printing partner and item type.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Replacements or refunds will be handled in accordance with Printify’s fulfillment policies.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local carrier for assistance.
