TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, including custom artwork, apparel, and accessories. Please review them carefully before ordering.

2. Custom Artwork

All commissioned art (including portraits, pinups, photo-to-art, and other personalized designs) is created based on the details provided by the client.
Once work has begun, payment is considered final. No refunds are issued for custom artwork. Minor edits may be offered at the artist’s discretion if they involve reasonable corrections such as hair or skin tone adjustments.

3. Custom Apparel & Accessories

For products featuring custom artwork, production begins only after mock-up approval. Once the mock-up is approved and sent to production, the sale is final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

4. Ready-Made Products

Non-custom apparel and accessories may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Production & Fulfillment

All physical items are produced through third-party print-on-demand partners (such as Printify). These providers manage printing, packaging, and shipping directly. Processing and delivery times vary based on product type and destination.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and images on this site remain the property of the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or design without permission.
